Apple and pear tarte tatin

I didn't make this - Jane did - but I think it is so impressive that you ought to see it!

    Yum, my husband picked up some pears from a farmers market in Cardiff a couple of weekends back, still quite firm. I'm Still undecided what to do with them.

    And yes, some cream please!

    I make apple Tarte Tatin a lot - a big family favourite. I always have it with cream, unless I put in too much sugar in which case I go for Greek Yoghurt instead.
