Spanish-esque omelette

You know by now that my blog is not just about gardening, but also about "general foodiness"...

Here's some pictures of last night's dinner -- one of Jane's creations.  It's a variation on the theme of Spanish omelette / tortilla / frittata. Cooked for a few minutes on top of the stove, like normal omelette, but finished-off in the oven to brown the top. Made up on the spur of the moment using things that happened to be available in the fridge. And very nice it was too.

Served with fresh tomatoes and beans of two types


I can claim credit for the tomatoes and the two types of bean -- but not for the chorizo, potatoes, onions or frozen peas!
