Pears and Blue Cheese

Here's some pictures of one of my home-grown pears being served up on spiced toast and blue cheese, as per one of my recent recipe suggestions...

I know you will say I'm biased, but I really do think this dish takes a lot of beating. And the pear was absolutely 'pearfect'!
