We still had a few parsnips left at home for tonight's dinner but need to try and harvest more tomorrow.Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-59199281782613531782016-12-12T16:14:42.039+00:002016-12-12T16:14:42.039+00:00Those are some nice looking parsnips! As for the carrots, thankfully 'pretty' doesn't have much to do with taste or nutrition, so I'm sure they will all be much appreciated in the kitchen. It made me think of Lou's mountain of carrots at the gleaning that didn't make the grade because they weren't perfect enough to sell.Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-4274606450894166522016-12-12T16:13:10.673+00:002016-12-12T16:13:10.673+00:00Your parsnips look great. I can't wait to roast them with some Brussels sprouts.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07812702328134261533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-39582945327109148832016-12-12T14:24:50.726+00:002016-12-12T14:24:50.726+00:00Harvests in the middle of December are very apprec...Harvests in the middle of December are very appreciated, aren't they - even if it's just a few herbs. Those are some nice sized parsnips & the carrots look quite good too. I thankfully pulled the last of the leeks last week as our garden is buried under a foot of snow at the moment.Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15949946977793864054noreply@blogger.com
