I always enjoy going to stores like that with international selections. My favorite store here has things from all over, including Middle Eastern, Indian, Chinese and Thai. I know I wouldn't have come home empty handed from Hoo Hing!Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-74475635865286029392016-02-06T09:49:37.930+00:002016-02-06T09:49:37.930+00:00Is that the Wing Yip in Croydon? I think it is bigger too. When we last went we bought some really nice Japanese noodle bowls which we always use when we make oriental soups or laksas.Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-53080620630232998262016-02-06T03:09:45.532+00:002016-02-06T03:09:45.532+00:00I thought for sure that title referred to a Chines...I thought for sure that title referred to a Chinese dish you had prepared for dinner! I'm like a kid in a candy store at both Chinese and Indian grocery stores - they have so much to see, both in and out of the produce aisle. Even if I go in to browse, I never leave empty handed. Oh and gotta hand it to the people that make the labels - "Soup Stuff" just made me burst out laughing :)Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15949946977793864054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-20547910420172836812016-02-05T21:55:19.163+00:002016-02-05T21:55:19.163+00:00Those fish balls are fabulous! They're firmer than spaghetti, but serve the same purpose--neutrally flavored carbs. They are particularly good with chicken, snow peas, and peanut sauce.Lorrainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10777171501004714133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-79989511607639598062016-02-05T18:15:44.714+00:002016-02-05T18:15:44.714+00:00Look like a fun Field trip!
