I have juniper berries I collect in the Caribou BC this past summer and thyme (that's buried under 3 feet of snow. The thyme is near the back door so I am sure to be able to get some. I can only guess that they taste a lot like juniper smells. I love the scent. I grew up in a place with a lot of wild junipers.
