I thought my endive and escarole would be more frost tolerant but even those greens are now dead.David Veltenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07710293718143454000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-35633206437500330762015-12-01T15:21:55.873+00:002015-12-01T15:21:55.873+00:00That's a beautiful salad presentation. Those Aji Limons are so lovely. I look forward to growing them here this year.Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-75526899606709009282015-12-01T09:49:51.963+00:002015-12-01T09:49:51.963+00:00It is at times like this when I really wish that o... It is at times like this when I really wish that our vegetable patch was just outside in our garden. We haven't managed to get to the plot again to do any harvesting this week and so I've had to rely on the freezer again. The long maturation time may be problematic, but you never know until you try. I wish I could nip out and pick greens whenever I liked, but lately they have been frozen more often than not - my window of opportunity is definitely becoming narrower.Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15949946977793864054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-71416899245138171222015-11-30T14:41:44.079+00:002015-11-30T14:41:44.079+00:00You're still getting some great harvests.
