This year I've decided to try a non-red variety called Watermelon Radish. I love that they come in an array of colors and sizes and that they are so quick to produce. The most difficult part is keeping up with the succession sowing. Funny thing though is that the most reluctant producers are the French Breakfast types, perhaps I'll have to try another strain of seeds. And the one gap in my collection is a basic round red variety. I guess I get to buy some more seeds.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07812702328134261533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-60818378996766974512016-05-10T00:11:16.385+01:002016-05-10T00:11:16.385+01:00Lovely, a very picturesque first harvest!Lovely, a very picturesque first harvest!Susiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10354350096358468967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-15342697469580484592016-05-09T23:22:10.891+01:002016-05-09T23:22:10.891+01:00Beautiful radishes, Mark. I've always wondered if the French actually ate them for breakfast. I'll bet those markets had a lot of lovely things to eat.Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.com
