You never know what might happen with just the one.
Roasted parsnips accompanied our Sunday roast too, although we cooked it outside on the weber. Delicious with a little honey drizzled over them and a twist of cracked pepper of course!
Listen to me and I haven't even had breakfast yet!
Im off....have a great week :D
Neesiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08629847485174945501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-48999831711379801142013-01-29T14:00:37.202+00:002013-01-29T14:00:37.202+00:00Those are nice looking parsnips. I find I have to do a late May start to get properly sized up roots going into the winter season. They just take so long to germinate and grow. But such a wonderfully reliable winter crop to have.kitsapFGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06120640838501186514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-55403165738715244912013-01-29T13:13:49.890+00:002013-01-29T13:13:49.890+00:00The parsnips look great; I didn't grow parsnip...The parsnips look great; I didn't grow parsnips. I believe that they are pretty easy to grow if you can get them to germinate.
