They're thinner and longer, more of a Lemon Drop chilli shape, although significantly lighter green in colour (almost pale yellow) before ripening to a light red.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-76508172923357228832017-09-26T12:39:00.648+01:002017-09-26T12:39:00.648+01:00I've grown Aji Limo for a few years and really...I've grown Aji Limo for a few years and really like them. I'm in West Yorks and find from a sowing late Feb/early March the fruit don't ripen until late Oct/early Nov. For this year I set them off (chitting seed before sowing) between Christmas and New Year and have been harvesting since late July. I also overwintered a plant which started to produce ripe fruits around the middle of August, although to be fair, it is in a less sunny position than the new plants!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-7435360813863979912017-09-26T11:03:18.272+01:002017-09-26T11:03:18.272+01:00We didn't place, not sure of overall position,...We didn't place, not sure of overall position, we might have even come last :-( But you might have liked it - we didn't make it super hot and we got a fair number of comments that it was the only one people could taste :-) Always a good time, no matter the outcome.<br />Chris Waltershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14078658481669478100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-11165508263901606842017-09-25T18:17:00.173+01:002017-09-25T18:17:00.173+01:00Hmmm, maybe there should have been an amateurs'...Hmmm, maybe there should have been an amateurs' Chilli Show, like the flower or vegetables shows that are so common!Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3840827850297141825.post-53021768649973009742017-09-25T18:14:45.422+01:002017-09-25T18:14:45.422+01:00I wish I had known you would be there!
